Updated information is immediately accessible by any authorized department personnel.
Authorized department personnel can view the department information. Department database can be searched with various criteria or view all the uploaded information.
Authorized department chairs or administrators can add or update the information as they deem necessary when they find incomplete or incorrect details.
Authorized department personnel can send an email to all of the department faculty and staff or to a specific individual requesting information update. The database also tracks if the requested information has been updated or not.
Service also enabled to upload the data in bulk using predefined template document specific to each data type such as faculty and staff, locations, courses, sections, etc.
