How does our form development process work?

Forms

Paper forms are used in every department for either internal processing (Grade changes, Filing incomplete and so on) or by students for either filing a petition or requesting a copy of their transcript.

Do you or your students have to stop everything you’re doing just to fill out something before you can continue work or get an authorization of some sort?

And what if this paper based forms need to be put online. You don’t have to hire a developer to do that. You can have Department Logistics develop that for you by following this simple process.

  •  You fill out a form telling us what you would like us to build. If you have a paper copy of a form just take a picture and send it to us.
  •  Our team then works on the form and publishes it in your account.
  •  You review and test the developed form. If you find issues then tell us and we will fix it.
  •  Once the form is done and you are happy then you start using it.

Now what does that mean?

You can publish the form on your department website for internal or external use. You can also setup if any approvals are needed. We automatically route the form to appropriate people for signatures. All of this is part of your subscription.

And you know what else?

You have other forms available in the community network where you can simply add to your list and start using. Or if you don’t like an implementation, you can simply have us modify it for your use. Just print it, mark up the changes you want and have us develop it.
